Sound of Downtown Lewisville: Every Friday in September, enjoy free acoustic jam sessions at the Lewisville Grand Theater. Open-mic style—bring your instrument or just come listen. Doors usually open early evening.
Visual Art League Gallery Exhibits: The Grand downtown is hosting solo and group art exhibitions through early September. Fine arts, local themes and fresh work from area artists make this a good stop when you have time. Admission is free.

- Korokoro Mart – Asian Pop Culture Market: Sep 12 at 11:00 AM, MarineMax Dallas (75057). Vendors, cosplay, pop culture crafts and fun for all ages.
- Lewisville Unidos: Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration: Sep 16. Watch this space for exact location and program details, but expect live music, cultural performance, food and community vendors.
- Lewisville Western Days: Sep 25–26, Old Town / Bendt Distilling Co. Live music across six stages, food trucks, western-themed activities, plus the Tamale Eating Championship. Free daytime entry.
Community & Civic Meetings
The City’s event calendar includes several public meetings coming up—City Council sessions, zoning and planning commissions, and committee hearings. If you want to know more on proposals or projects, attending these is a good way to stay plugged in. (Check the City Hall schedule before you go.)
